Mulunguzi Secondary School

Mulunguzi Secondary School is a secondary school in Zomba, Malawi. The Malawi Electoral Commission's 2025 register of centres lists Mulunguzi Secondary School as a centre in Chirunga ward, Zomba City North constituency, in the Zomba City Council section. Chancellor College, of the University of Malawi, is listed in the same ward. Secondary education in Malawi runs from Form 1 to Form 4 and ends with the Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE), set by the Malawi National Examinations Board (MANEB). It follows eight years of primary school, from Standard 1 to Standard 8, which end with the Primary School Leaving Certificate of Education (PSLCE). Zomba was the capital of British Central Africa and then of the Nyasaland Protectorate, and remained the capital of independent Malawi until the government moved to Lilongwe in the 1970s. The city lies at the foot of the Zomba Plateau, which rises to about 1,800 metres; the Mulunguzi River springs from the plateau and flows through the town.
