Nanjiri CDSS

Nanjiri CDSS is a community day secondary school near Mayaka, south of Zomba city, in Zomba District, Malawi. Its postal address is P.O. Box 150, Mayaka. Community day secondary schools (CDSSs) are government day schools whose pupils attend from home rather than boarding. They grew out of the former distance-education centres, which were converted into secondary schools in 1998. Secondary education in Malawi runs from Form 1 to Form 4 and ends with the Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE), set by the Malawi National Examinations Board (MANEB). Pupils are selected for Form 1 on the basis of the Primary School Leaving Certificate of Education (PSLCE), taken at the end of Standard 8.
