Privacy and your data

We publish business contact information: the name, address, phone number, email and website of a trading business. This is information businesses publish about themselves in order to be found.

For account holders we store an email address and nothing else. There is no password, because signing in uses a one-time link.

You can ask us to correct or remove any listing at any time, and you do not need an account to ask. Use the report link on any listing page. We action removal requests from a business about its own listing without argument.

We aim to respond within 30 days, which is the window set by Zambia's Data Protection Act 2021, Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019, Nigeria's NDPA and South Africa's POPIA.
