Community guidelines

You need an account to leave a review or ask a question, and every account is tied to a working email address.

Write about your own experience with the business. Do not post anything you know to be untrue, anything abusive, anyone's personal details, or a review of a competitor.

Business owners can reply publicly to any review of their listing. They cannot delete one. If a review breaks these guidelines, report it and a person will read it.

We remove reviews that break the guidelines. We do not remove reviews for being negative.
