St Patrick's Secondary School is a secondary school at Mapanga, on the M3 road on the eastern side of Blantyre, Malawi. The Malawi Electoral Commission's 2025 register of centres lists "St. Patricks Secondary School" as a centre in the Mapanga-Mzedi ward of the BT City Mapanga-Mpingwe-Mzedi constituency, in its Blantyre City Council section. Secondary education in Malawi runs from Form 1 to Form 4 and ends with the Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE), set by the Malawi National Examinations Board (MANEB). Pupils are selected for Form 1 on the results of the Primary School Leaving Certificate of Education (PSLCE), taken at the end of Standard 8. Blantyre, founded in 1876, is Malawi's centre of finance and commerce and its second-largest city, with a population of 800,264 at the 2018 census.
