Alice Gwengwe Secondary School is a private girls' boarding school in Dedza district, Malawi, on the Lilongwe to Blantyre M1 road. It was founded in 2007 as part of the Alice Gwengwe Foundation and is owned and directed by Sosten Gwengwe, a Malawian politician who serves as Managing Director. It operates alongside a brother institution, Sosten Gwengwe Boys Private Secondary School. Enrolment across the pair was reported in 2017 at 550 girls and 300 boys. Students sit MANEB examinations, and graduates appear in government public university selection lists under the Alice Gwengwe Foundation name, including the 2024 University of Malawi and 2026 Kamuzu University of Health Sciences lists. The school offers scholarships at 50 and 100 per cent and runs an annual incentive scheme for students and teachers. K7.5 million was distributed in 2022, with top-performing students receiving K150,000, K100,000 and K75,000 and three teachers K150,000 each. In 2017 students scoring 13 points and below received laptops and cash, teachers received K75,000, and a head teacher serving since 2008 received a motorcycle. The school has a bus, and runs netball and women's football.
