Namjodi Community Day Secondary School

Namjodi Community Day Secondary School is a community day secondary school (CDSS) in Thyolo District, in Malawi's Southern Region, with the postal address P.O. Box 45, Bvumbwe. The Malawi Electoral Commission's 2025 register of established voter registration centres lists Namjodi CDSS as a centre in the Muonekera ward of the Thyolo Goliyati constituency, Thyolo District Council. Secondary education in Malawi runs from Form 1 to Form 4 and ends with the Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE), set by the Malawi National Examinations Board (MANEB). Community day secondary schools grew out of the former distance-education centres, which were converted into secondary schools in 1998. Thyolo District lies on the Shire Highlands south of Blantyre District. It covers 1,715 km² and had 458,976 residents at the 2018 census, and much of its cultivable land has long been taken up by tea estates.
