Olympic Mall

Olympic Mall is a shopping centre in Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi. Lilongwe has been Malawi's capital since 1975, when it replaced Zomba, and is the country's largest city, with 989,318 residents at the 2018 census, up from 674,448 ten years earlier. It lies in the Central Region, in the district of the same name, and takes its name from the Lilongwe River, which runs through it. The city has two distinct parts: Old Town, with its markets, bus stations, cafés and restaurants, and City Centre on Capital Hill, home to hotels, embassies and government institutions. Its neighbourhoods are known by numbered Areas, from Area 1 to Area 58, assigned in the order they were laid out rather than by position, and the M1 highway carries north–south traffic through the city. The centre's management, list of shops and trading hours have not been published online.
