Mothers Holding Ltd. is a bakery on Grevillia Avenue in the Limbe area of Blantyre, Malawi. Limbe forms the eastern part of Blantyre City. It grew up as a separate town around the railway and the tobacco trade and was joined with Blantyre as a single municipality in 1956. It remains a busy commercial district with its own market and shopping streets. Blantyre as a whole is Malawi's commercial capital and second-largest city. It grew from a Church of Scotland mission founded in 1876 and takes its name from the Scottish birthplace of the explorer David Livingstone. Together, Blantyre and Limbe form the main centre of business and industry in the Southern Region.
