Mango Executive Lodge is a guest lodge offering bed-and-breakfast accommodation in Lilongwe, the capital of Malawi. Lilongwe has been the seat of government since 1975, when the capital moved from Zomba, and it is now the country's largest city. The Old Town, with its main market and bus depots, grew up beside the Lilongwe River, while the planned City Centre around Capital Hill, a few kilometres to the north, holds most government ministries and many embassies and international organisations. The city's neighbourhoods are known by numbered Areas, assigned in the order they were developed rather than by position, so directions are usually given by Area and a nearby landmark. Kamuzu International Airport, the country's main international gateway, lies to the north of the city.
