Khonjeni Primary School is a primary school at Khonjeni in Thyolo District, in the Shire Highlands of southern Malawi. The Malawi Electoral Commission's 2025 register of centres lists Khonjeni School as a polling centre in the Khonjeni ward of the Thyolo Khonjeni-Mangunda constituency, Thyolo District Council.
