Club Mwanje is a nightclub in Lilongwe, Malawi. Lilongwe is the capital and largest city of Malawi, with a population of 989,318 at the 2018 census, up from 674,448 in 2008. It lies in the Central Region, in the district of the same name and near the borders with Mozambique and Zambia, and takes its name from the Lilongwe River. It became the capital in 1975, replacing Zomba, and is the seat of the national government and Parliament. The city is divided into numbered Areas, which were assigned in the order they were laid out rather than by position, so neighbouring districts of the city can carry very different numbers.
