Chapima Heights is a residential housing development in Blantyre, Malawi. Blantyre was founded in 1876 through the missionary work of the Church of Scotland and named after Blantyre in South Lanarkshire, the birthplace of David Livingstone. It is Malawi's centre of finance and commerce and its second-largest city, with 800,264 residents at the 2018 census. The city is surrounded by Mount Soche, Ndirande, Chiradzulu and Michiru mountains, which together make up the Michiru Mountain Conservation Area, and it is served by Chileka International Airport, about 14 kilometres from the city centre. Plot and house availability, prices and title arrangements in the estate have not been published online, so they need to be confirmed with the seller before any purchase.
