Budget Builders Supplies (MAAT)

Budget Builders Supplies (MAAT) is a building materials store on Paul Kagame Road in Lilongwe, Malawi. Lilongwe, in the Central Region, has been Malawi's capital since 1975, when it replaced Zomba, and is the country's largest city, with 989,318 residents at the 2018 census. It takes its name from the Lilongwe River. The city is divided into numbered Areas, assigned in the order in which they were developed rather than by position, and it has grown quickly, with its population rising by about 4.3% a year. Kanengo, in the north, is its main industrial area, the Old Town remains the traditional commercial centre, and Capital Hill houses government institutions.
