Bread Talk

Bread Talk is a bakery in Mzuzu, in Mzimba District in Malawi's Northern Region. Mzuzu is the capital of the Northern Region and Malawi's third-largest city, with 221,272 residents at the 2018 census. It was developed from 1947 around the Commonwealth Development Corporation's tung oil estate and received city status in 1985. The city lies on the M1, which runs the length of the country, and at the northern end of the M5, which approaches it from Nkhata Bay. The surrounding area grows tea, rubber and coffee, and the Viphya Plantation to the south of the city is among the largest man-made forests in Africa. Mzuzu is also home to Mzuzu University, whose campus is at Luwinga. Products, prices and opening hours have not been published online, so anyone planning a visit should confirm the bakery is open before travelling.
