Ultimate Cycle Base is a bicycle shop in Gaborone, Botswana. Gaborone is Botswana's capital and largest city, with 246,325 residents at the 2022 census, about a tenth of the country's population. It lies in the south-east of the country, within 15 kilometres of the South African border, near the meeting of the Notwane and Segoditshane rivers. The city was chosen as the capital in 1965, replacing Mafeking, and was the seat of government when Botswana became independent on 30 September 1966. The Gaborone Dam, south of the city, is the second-largest dam in Botswana and a major source of the city's water. Sir Seretse Khama International Airport, home of the national airline Air Botswana, lies to the north.
