Tyre World Kasane is a tyre shop in Kasane, the administrative centre of Chobe District in north-eastern Botswana. Kasane stands on the southern bank of the Chobe River, which forms the border with Namibia's Caprivi Strip, and sits at the north-eastern edge of Chobe National Park, for which it is the main access point. The town lies at the northern end of the tarred highway from Francistown and Gaborone and about 8 km from Kazungula, where the Kazungula Bridge crosses into Zambia and a road crossing leads into Zimbabwe, about 70 km from Victoria Falls. These crossings carry road traffic between Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe, and the town is also served by Kasane Airport. Kasane had 9,244 residents at the 2011 census.
