Sekwenyane Legal Practice

Sekwenyane Legal Practice is a legal practice in Gaborone, the capital of Botswana. The legal profession in Botswana is overseen by the Law Society of Botswana, which was established under the Legal Practitioners Act No. 13 of 1996. The Law Society states that all legal practitioners in the country are required to be members and to hold a practising certificate, which expires at the end of every year. Its mandate includes ensuring that members comply with the profession's rules and ethics and promoting quality legal services through continuing legal education.
