Description
Mokolodi Nature Reserve is a non-profit organization located in Gaborone, Botswana. Our mission is to protect and preserve the natural beauty of the area while providing educational opportunities for visitors. We believe that by educating people about the importance of conservation, we can inspire them to take action to protect our planet.
Our reserve covers over 3000 hectares of land and is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including giraffes, zebras, and elephants. We offer guided tours of the reserve, giving visitors the opportunity to see these magnificent animals up close and learn about their habitats and behaviors.
In addition to our tours, we also offer educational programs for schools and community groups. Our programs are designed to teach people of all ages about the importance of conservation and the role that each of us can play in protecting our planet.
At Mokolodi Nature Reserve, we are committed to sustainability and environmental responsibility. We use renewable energy sources, such as solar power, to reduce our carbon footprint and minimize our impact on the environment. We also work closely with local communities to promote sustainable practices and support local businesses.
We believe that everyone has a role to play in protecting our planet, and we are dedicated to inspiring and empowering people to take action. Whether you are a local resident or a visitor from afar, we invite you to join us in our mission to protect and preserve the natural beauty of Botswana.
