J B Sports is a sportswear store on Sir Seretse Khama Road in Maun, in Botswana's North-West District. Maun is the main town of the North-West District, also known as Ngamiland. It was founded in 1915 as the tribal capital of the Batawana and is spread along the wide banks of the Thamalakane River. Often called Botswana's tourism capital, it is the base for numerous safari and air-charter operators running trips into the Okavango Delta, and visitors fly from Maun International Airport to camps in the delta and the Makgadikgadi. Although officially still a village, Maun had 85,293 residents at the 2022 census and has grown from a rural frontier settlement into a town with modern shops and services.
