BTCL Training Center

BTCL Training Center is a training centre at Plot 1210 on Old Lobatse Road in Gaborone, Botswana. In Botswana, education and training providers are registered and accredited by the Botswana Qualifications Authority (BQA). The authority publishes lists of registered and accredited providers in technical and vocational education and training (TVET) and in higher education, together with the learning programmes it has accredited. Old Lobatse Road is named after Lobatse, a town about 70 kilometres south of the capital, which has a branch of the High Court of Botswana and is home to the Botswana Meat Commission. Gaborone itself was founded in 1964 as a planned capital, chosen for its proximity to a fresh water source and to the railway to Pretoria. It had 246,325 residents at the 2022 census, and the main campus of the University of Botswana lies on its eastern side. BTCL Training Center has not published its courses, entry requirements, fees or contact details online, so it is worth asking before travelling.
